The use of myQR-invoice is exclusively subject to the following terms of use. This platform is operated by ergoCogn Ltd.

Use and access rights to the platform

Any manipulation of our platform in order to obtain any benefits in a fraudulent manner to the disadvantage of ergoCogn Ltd. or third parties will result in legal consequences, as well as the removal of access to the platform. We reserve the right to delete accounts, issue warnings or terminate members who violate the provisions set forth in the Terms and Conditions or the Terms of Sale. We also reserve the right to delete or edit content published on our platform. We are not obliged to accept the registration of an account. We are not obliged to keep our offer permanently available. You are allowed to use our services to a respectable extent, we do not allow automated mass generation of documents without prior consent. You are responsible for the use of the issued documents, such as legal storage, accounting or other obligations. ErgoCogn Ltd. bears no responsibility.

User account

When registering, you are responsible for providing complete and correct information in the fields concerning your personal information. You are responsible for treating your access data confidentially and for preventing access by unauthorized third parties. Confirmation of registration is done by clicking on the confirmation link sent by e-mail.
 Accounts can be deleted at any time, once the account is deleted all user information is removed from our active database. Advertising displays are mandatory and should not be deleted, neither on the platform nor on the issued documents.
 The documents produced by the preview window, as well as the generated PDF files, are not sent to our servers and are generated only on the user’s machine. It is your responsibility to store them. The account created is for the benefit of a single user and a single billing entity, unless otherwise specified in the subscription level chosen. Proxy accounts typically have five billing entities, the base entity is reserved for the user and the four additional entities are editable as desired.

Conclusion of a paying subscription

When concluding a paid subscription, a period due and billed is due until its expiration, no refund will be made in case of subscription cancellation after the billing of the latter.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time for the next due date, either by cancelling the recurring payment on your PayPal account, or on the portal provided by Stripe. It is also possible to cancel the recurring payment by contacting our support department. When the paid subscription expires, the account is automatically converted back to a free account. It is your responsibility to delete your account if you wish.
 All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs and are not subject to VAT. The prices are indicative and are applicable during the period of validity of the offer.

Payments

Payment information is not saved by our platform and is processed securely by PayPal Pte. Ltd. or Stripe Inc. depending on the payment method chosen at the time of subscription.

Modification of the conditions of use

We are entitled to change these terms of use unilaterally and without prior notice. In case of changes, we will inform the customers of the new regulations. The amendment becomes part of the contractual relationship if the customer does not object in writing within two months of the notification.

Responsibility

Compensation is excluded, provided that the damage was not caused by us deliberately or through negligence. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage. The terms of use in French are authoritative.

Judicial forum

Our business activities are based exclusively on Swiss law. The place of performance and jurisdiction is Lausanne (Switzerland).

Geographic location of the servers

Our servers are located in the canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
