Invoice
Description of the template
The invoice template allows you to have different layouts according to your needs:
- Paragraph: it will allow you to write paragraphs in your invoice, followed by an amount to pay. Ideal for invoicing a service that requires explanations in text form.
- 2 multi-line columns: with 4 lines, only the first column is multi-line. Perfect for invoicing services that need explanations.
- 2 columns: with 6 lines, it will allow you to invoice products or services quickly.
- 3 columns: with 6 lines, the 1st column for a reference. The 2nd column allows a description and the 3rd, the amount of the position. To invoice a delivery or intervention.
You can enter a negative amount on the different lines for a possible discount.
The invoice number is included in the QR for payment communications.
Payment reminder

Unfortunately, sometimes customers don’t pay on time, it is necessary to remind them. The reminder template allows you to have different layouts according to your needs:

Periodic invoices
Description of the template
The options allow you to create the same invoice with different payment tranches or invoicing periods.
You can choose the number of invoices to create and the period between each invoice, in day, week, month or year.
The reason for the invoice can include the relevant instalment, the dates of the invoiced period or the month. It is possible to include automatically the number of the bracket after the invoice number. This information will be included in the payment information.

Vous pouvez facilement émettre un lot de facture identiques destinées à différents débiteurs.
Les factures seront adressées à partir d’une liste Excel contenant les adresses et les numéros de factures. Idéal pour les envois en masse, soit pour une levée de cotisations, des frais d’inscription à un évènement ou pour facturer une formation.
Le numéro de facture est inclus dans le QR pour les communications du paiement.
